Why can't the parental code work when I purchase V-bucks on Fortnite?

April 5th, 2022I plan on getting the 2,800 pack but the parental code won’t work. It will work on the website but not the game which means I can’t make the purchase. The technicians don’t do much about it. Can someone help me?
