I had stopped eating the packaged instant ramen noodles because the sodium level was so freakin high!!! I’ve never tried the Mr Noodle brand; however, I broke down a few weeks back & bought a small box of a different brand so I’d have something to snack on when needed. Don’t remember the brand; but the first thing I noticed when I bit into them was that there was a LOT LESS sodium from the last time I ate any!!! I’ve NEVER gotten sick from eating them, so I can’t speak to your problem with that. I was having problems with my legs & my doctor took me off ALL salt & then I was having dizzy spells, so my next doctor said I didn’t have enough sodium in my system & suggested that I add some salt back into my diet. Two of the things he recommended were olives & ramen noodles at least until I can get better regulated & then we’ll work from there. I’m wondering IF all ramen noodles aren’t cutting back some on the sodium because their sales were doing a nose dive due to the excess sodium. ONLY YOU know IF it’s worth possibly getting sick in order to find out IF the modification is better on your system…OR not!!!
