I thought that I was getting a deal on baloney and did not read the label.

How do I mask the taste of All-Beef smoked baloney? Will cooking help, or mustard help?

I don’t like smoked meat.

What kind of condiment do you like? Ketchup, mustard, ranch dressing? Of course nothing will mask the flavor entirely.
I hate when I do that, too. I have bought crunchy peanut butter when I’ve meant to buy the smooth. I don’t like crunchy!

Best to add something acidic. Add cheese with it. Use a vinegar based condiment like mustard.
Toss a pickle or two or even some sauerkraut to override the smoke flavour might make it a epic new delight for you.
Hmmm. Throw on a dash of thousand island dressing and you have the likes of a Smokey Baloney Reuben

I am going to try that later

Update I gave them to a neighbor. Problem solved.

@RedDeerGuy1 For future reference, you could always fry it in a little (half a tsp) butter. Then melt some cheese on top, or even better, make into a grilled cheese sandwich with bologna and a tomato slice in the middle!
