I know the body uses vasoconstriction to preserve body heat in the core at the expense of the extremities and skin during periods of cold. Testicles need to be cooler than the rest of the body, which is why they’re in a scrotum. Beyond those examples I’m not sure if some regions/organs are hotter/colder. Interesting question.

Women tend to have higher occurrence of cold hands and feet than men. It happens to both but it tends to happen because of poor circulation. Women also have a higher rate of varicose veins because of our hormones so that may have something to do with poor circulation.
Oh, and I just looked it up. Womens hands are cooler than mens by 2.8 degrees.

I guess that’s why women going through menopause put frozen chicken cutlets under their boobs. ;D

We were taught in the military that the underarms and the groin were the warmer areas, so that if our hands get cold we’d place them in one or the other location.
