According to google a portion of blueberries is 80g, an Activia yogurt is 115g and contains 5% blueberries so about 6g of blueberries so about 6g of blueberries per yoghurt. Which would mean you need to eat 13 or 14 to a portion of blueberries.

I would guess about 4 or 5 containers, Check this site. Toward the bottom, it shows the total amount of fruit for various types of fruit in yogurt. You might want to try this on your own.

@LostInParadise @Lightlyseared Thanks. I won’t try to get my fruits though yogurt anymore. I learned my lesson from eating 20 bowls of Raisin Bran to equal one of Total.

Typical recommendations are that adults eat at least 1½ to 2 cups per day of fruit.
Why not just eat fruit. That would be 1 banana and ½ cup of raisins as an example.

You could always stir extra blueberries into your yogurt to bump up the fruit level.

@RedDeerGuy1 Prepared yogurt contains a lot of sugar. I recommend you buy a large container of plain, nonfat yogurt and add your own fruit like blueberries or bananas or anything. I do that. It’s yummy!

@Hawaii_Jake Good advice. I like vanilla yougart. I didn’t as a child but I find them delicious and perfect. Next time I get paid I will order some plain yougart.
