Where can I get "The Wife" by Lucy Dawson?
Lucy Dawson, a popular thriller author (I love all her books, by the way), made available to those who joined her book club, well, one more book (not unusual): The Wife. More information about the book here:

The problem with this is, I subscribed with my email address, but never received the book I was promised. In fact, there was not even a “welcome to book club” email received. I checked even spam, nothing. It’s not blacklisted. I need to know where I can get the book, please.
