I’ve been on Metamucal for about one to two years, and I have had frequent urination for about that time.

I will discuss with my family doctor on March 1st. I would like to be helped in preparing what I need to say to my doctor.

The same doctor diagnosed me with I.B.S. ( Irritable bowel syndrome), and recommend Metamucal one to two years ago.

What can I substitute for Metamucal? Like fiber from cereal and fruits?
