What are the foods to avoid to lower one’s cholesterol level?
My total cholesterol level is elevated by 9 points above the normal. My bad cholesterol is elevated as well but the nurse assistant I spoke to said the ratio between the bad and the good ones are still in the normal range. Thank you.
