As some of you my know I’m an old guy (72) and I train physically daily in an effort to achieve better physical fitness. Have experts helping me reach my goals. It’s good for mental and physical health to always have goals and dreams.

@Dig_Dug It’s a challenge for sure dealing with an aging body. HA!
There’s a very fine line between getting in a good workout and injury.
Recently been challenging my brain by learning to fly a drone. Fun stuff!
