To those who were class clowns, why did you act like that?
In grade 5 and 6 it took the edge off. It’s like a radio announcer, told not to have silence.
I tried to stop, and it’s like tensing a muscle. Very difficult. Even as an adult. I couldn’t function in silence.
When asked why I did it I said that I was a freedom fighter. Which is a play on the phrase I am not a terrorist, but a freedom fighter. Which is a joke saying that I am a terrorist. Class terrorist.
