The Spanish wait is usually much shorter. If I call for customer service and am waiting for more than five minutes I sometimes call on a different phone to the Spanish line and get right through. 90% of the time the person is very fluent in English and I can still use English. Once in a while I need to use my Spanish.

@JLeslie Thanks for the answer. I wonder if at the beginning of a bot asking for what language do you want, that you should be able to list more than one? That would help.
