Venus spotted shining brightly in the night sky above moon TONIGHT. At one o’clock.

I guessed it might be Venus but it was below it on the right when I saw it.

Venus!!!!! I love it

The planet is cloudy and reflects light back to us, so it is very bright.

The brightest “star” is usually Jupiter or Venus

I used to have a horse that was boarded at Tamarack farmzs in Derby,Kansas. I think I was in 8th grade.
I quickly made a riding partner friend, Susie.
She had a horse named Venus.
She pointed out the “star” (planet) Venus to me, off the tip of the moon.
And that, Oh Best Beloved, is how I know Venus when I see it.
Not everything I learned was learned in school.

I don’t want to derail so soon, but has anyone else thought that the Orion constellation is listing? This winter, it’s been like rotated counter clockwise a good bit. It looks more normal closer to 2–3 AM.
It was broken again tonight…
