according to my “meathead” friend, he says, if you are young and fit, then that is a few milliseconds below the average running back for the NFL, which, in my option is DAMN GOOD! He can only do a 40 in 5.2, and he is a freak of nature when it comes to working out. But he is more of a “long” muscle guy, meaning he can do things much, much, longer then the average person.
He took 4 hours to go from base-camp to summit of Pikes Peak (10,000–14,000 feet) He didn’t stop once. I wanted to push that EXPLETIVE DELETED right down the EXPLETIVE DELETED mountain.
So yes, that is a good time for the average person, keep working hard and you can easily get that time up!
