I it wasn’t safe, it probably wouldn’t be there, and since you have no history of seizures, and I assume you’re worried about inducing them….I’d say no. Go for it. besides, it’s just sounds, and as long as it’s not a jet plane next to your ear I really don’t think it can have that much effect on a person. With the quic look I had over it, I’d say it’s harmless. I’m sure you could achieve the same effect from a moment of silence and reflection or obvious normal treatments as you could from the app.
