I love Ethiopian food! The area of Seattle I live in has a bunch of options and they are all so very good! There’s something about eating with your hands as well!
I’m a big fan of Indian food myself. I like the different curries and associated items like biryani, tikka masala, saag, vindaloo, dopiaza, and madras.
I’m with Bluefreedom – Indian is my favorite. I love the complexity of flavors and the layering of the spices. I’m a flexitarian (eat meat occasionally) but I’ve always said that Indian is the one cuisine where I really don’t need the meat at all.
Blech…Indian. Guh, never liked it never will. I’m a Polish food fan. There is nothing like a big plate of kraut, pierogis, kielbasa, etc. So very delicious and horrible for you.

French, Italian, and Indian, in that order. Actually, one of my favorite restaurants is run by a man who is half Italian and half Indian. He couldn’t lose in the food department.
I like all kinds of cuisine, but the best meal I have ever had was at the Norwegian buffet in Disney World. Of course, it was cold outside, getting late, and we had been walking all day, so we were famished at the time.
