People of Los Angeles, WHAT IS UP with the honking in the 405 northbound tunnel before merging onto the 5 during rush hour?
Can someone please, please please explain to me why everyone honks when going through the 405 underpass just before you merge onto the 5 North? I mean, really, what is up with that? Why does everyone feel compelled to honk like an insane person when traffic is barely moving? And only in that underpass?
