I’ve been asked to be responsible for the coding of a simple corporate ‘brochure’ site. Less than 20 pages, simple 2–3 column layouts with all the visuals done, and a very simple CMS news component.

What’s a good way to find someone to do the actual build at the best possible price? Has anyone had success with elance.com? What should I look/search for?

Any other tips about remote outsourcing?
