I don’t do New Year Resolutions. If I want to change something about myself, I start changing it immediately, I don’t wait until the New Year to start it. There is also research that shows that most resolutions aren’t achieved, so why would I want to start a resolution with so many other people who will fail? Nah, I do it on my own throughout the year.
