To answer this question a little more seriously; like btko said, meditation is a great way to relax and calm down. I can personally say from experience that listen to classical music, Indian music, or oriental meditation music while meditating greatly helps you relax through the experience.
When meditating; cross your legs so both feet rest on your knees (if you can’t do this sit pretzel style on the ground or on the bed). Set the atmosphere by either lighting candles or keeping the room dark and turn on the music. Close your eyes, put your arms out like you’re going to pray with your palms together. Bring your hands down slowly while forming two “o” shapes with your index finger and your thumb. Move your hands in a circular motion, when you get back to the starting point, bring your palms back together and repeat. Once this is all setup try to relax and let the music take you on a trip far away from reality.
