I’m using a Mac. Every program, no matter what application, or what website that I need to move down an item or scroll down immediately brings me back to the top of the page! I have no idea what could be causing this, but it is immensely frustrating!

If anyone knows what’s going on, I will be eternally grateful! Thank you so much!
