I pretty much just surf random car and clothing sites beyond that stuff. I pretty much would be nose down in a book…

Gmail – practically all my email is forwarded here. The one time gmail was down, I felt so disconnected with the world.
Google – Even i some of my other websites are down, I can at least see some parts of them through google cache. Plus, I google things maybe 20 billion times a day.

These 2 are the biggest for me. It’s funny you ask this Q today because we had a scare earlier today when the internet wouldn’t work. Our router is being silly so I am connected via ethernet now. And the only thing I could keep thinking is “I haven’t checked my email yet!”

Fluther – I would miss all you guys of course!
IndiaFM – I am not sure if this counts or not, because I only visit this site maybe once/week. But it is my source to everything Bollywood.
Campfire – It’s never boring in the chat room :P

I have enough books to keep me busy if these go down, but after one day, I’d want my sites back yo!

richard, if any of these websites are down tomorrow, I’ll know who to blame. AND I KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE.

Google – The number of Google searches I do per week surprises me. With Google I can also lump in their document and RSS services, calendar and scholar searches, et cetera.

Reddit – I hit up this website at least 8–9 times a day whenever I’m bored, since the homepage is dynamic and constantly updating.

Facebook – Where I talk and keep tabs on most of the people I know.

4Chan – A daily source of amusement…

Waffles.fm – A music enthusiast website that I frequent.

Edit: Although I do enjoy Fluther and visit it quite frequently, it isn’t on this list simply because I use the aforementioned much much more. Hopefully I didn’t stumble on a taboo here :)

If Google goes down, my world would pause. I’m so plugged into gmail/calendar/reader that I’d be on hold until it’s back up.

Google – I hate every other search engine. Literally. They’re like random website generators in comparison to Google.

Wikipedia – Hardly the most reliable encyclopedia in the world, but everything else is hard.

Daring Fireball – It’s not that I particularly enjoy reading about Apple all day; it’s that I enjoy John Gruber so much.

Facebook – Stalking everyone I know isn’t going to get old very quickly. I’ve also been speaking to the most random people from college I would have never kept contact with otherwise. There’s something very cool about that.

Reddit / Digg – If I was going to save one, it would be Reddit. I’d just like Diggnation to read Reddit stories in that case. Alex Albrecht and Kevin Rose make me giggle.

I’d also not mention Fluther to some nutcase wanting to take down the best of the Internet. It can be where we run to when everything is gone.

I just looked up pandora dot com and it is awesome thanks for showing me another music website where I can play various 90’s songs that are extremely annoying to other people.

Google, for sure. It’s the springboard to a whole lot more.
Wikipedia has way too much useful information. And not so useful information.
