I take a multi vitamin, a B complex, Omega-3 gel caps, 1 T. daily of ground flax seed and 2000 IU of D3. I have worked myself up very gradually (with the help, initially, of a conservative Physical Therapist( to an every-other-day exercise program. I lie on a heating pad for 10 minutes, do some yoga stretches and then do some standing wt. training. I use only 3 lbs. but am about to bump it up to 4 lbs. It sounds pathetic, I know, but I remember where I started.
Then I do 40 minutes on treadmill at 3.1 mph….working towards 45. If it were nice, I’d walk outside.
Meds for nerve issues and sleep; Zoloft, Clonopin, and Amitryptiline in low doses.
Also diaphragm breathing and allowing almost nothing to make me tense. Some of the cure is attitude. I aso am able now to say “no” when appropriate. For example, I will never fly again. That is torture, even when things go well, which they no longer do.
Try stuff; acupunture, massage therapy, hypnotherapy, mind-body meditation, Feldenkreiz, etc. LIsten to your body is rule #1.
Good luck. I just hauled a 12lb. obstreperous cat 15 miles to the Humane Society in the cold and rain. He threw up in the car. I laughed and we are home, safe and sound, I with no more aches than usual and he with his monthly manicure.
I too wish you the best. There are no miracle cures but there are palliatives and things to give you some relief.
