Ive been feeling quite lethergic lately, so ive been lying down to rest a lot. But everytime I do, I get a horrible head ache. When I get back up, it usually feels a little better, but its never fully gone.

I hate this feeling ): Should I go for a walk or drink some coffee?

Could you have a sinus problem? When I have a sinus headache or infection, the pain worsens when I bend over or lie down.

It’s a sign you should go to the doc.

Maybe it’s to do with you blood pressure.
That’s why when people stand UP when they have been lying down a while you can get dizzy.
So maybe this is similar but as an opposite?

Anyway, yes, go to a doctor :)

Maybe it also has something to do with the boredom & lonliness you just metioned in your other question. It might be love, or it might be depression, and then again, it might be time to see a Dr. Hope you feel better.

Lightlyseared is right. See your doctor and see what he has to say about this.

It could be a lot of different things, some very easy to fix and others potentially dangerous. Please go see a doctor ASAP!
