My uncle retired to Fresno where his wife is from. He was a chemical engineer for Cooper tires in Toledo Ohio. He came up with some rubber compounds that would run as a tire 120,000–150,000 miles in the early nineties so he claims. He said there is no market for a tire that doesn’t wear out. Much like there is motors that get 100 miles a gallon but they don’t put them in cars. The oil companies buy them out. Anyways this uncle is an eggheaded brainiac to the max and really smart.
My cousin, Eric. A double (or triple?) PhD (I know one of them is physics but I forgot the others), worked with NASA, and currently does some job at an air force base but he isn’t really allowed to tell anyone about it.
Dale Primmer, and he lives in Riverside. He is one of the most brilliant humans in that entire state. It’s too bad more people don’t know him, the man is a genius.
