Can Apple apps be modified under windows as they can be under OS X?
I saw this tip allowing you to enable half stars in iTunes ratings. I immediatley applied the change to my macbook, but I want to do the same thing on my windows-based box.
Realizing that these modifications utilize the terminal to write to the config files of the programs, is there a way to apply the same effects on a windows box.
likely not using the command prompt, the steaming pile of **** that it is, but is there another way?
