What do people think of this video camera?

I’m a bit put off because I don;t know anything about Maplin.
But for another camera of that spec, the price would be much higher right?

Maplin are fairly reputable as far as I’m aware. They have a fair few branches throughout the UK and serve as a bit of a geeky-engineer Shangri-La. Don’t know much about cameras though, sorry.
