I havent seen many episodes of it, but i think its hilarious. From what ive seen its a toss up between the gang finds dumpster baby and the one with eagles training camp.

@uberbatman the eagles one “The Gang Gets Invincible” is great! “I have the stride of a gazelle.” and, of course, the first appearance of greenman!

EnzoX24's avatar

Its honestly a toss up between “The Gang Gets Invincible”, The Gang Dances Their Asses Off”, and “Charlie Goes America All Over Everyone’s Ass.”

TGGI: The acid trip was ridiculously funny, not to mention Green Man.

TGDTAO: “The cream always rises to the top and your cream is all over his face!”

CGAAOEA: “I’m gonna rise up, I’m gonna kick a little ass, Gonna kick some ass in the USA, Gonna climb a mountain, Gonna sew a flag, Gonna fly on an Eagle, I’m gonna kick some butt, I’m gonna drive a big truck, I’m gonna rule this world, Gonna kick some ass, Gonna rise up, Kick a little ass, ROCK, FLAG AND EAGLE!”

eponymoushipster's avatar

@EnzoX24 YES!

From Charlie Wants an Abortion: the kid says “You have to buy me a toy.” and Charlie says “i don’t have to buy you shit.” the way he drags it out is awesome.

and, of course, from CGAAOEA: “Forkstabbed!”

Mac and Dennis: Manhunters

Dee and Charlie eat Frank’s deer-killing, so Frank tricks the two into thinking that they are eating human meat. The scene where Dee and Charlie are in the morgue trying to justify not wanting to eat the corpse of a black guy is hilarious!!!!

eponymoushipster's avatar

@blastfamy agreed.that episode is way underrated. the whole thing with frank claiming to be rambo was hilarious.

jlm11f's avatar

I loveeeeeeee that show!!!! However, I do not have a favorite, I can never remember the episode names :(

eponymoushipster's avatar

@PnL yeah, until i got the DVDs i couldn’t either. i was all “that one where….” etc. they have em on Hulu too. my goal for the spring is to be an extra in the shooting in Philly.

EnzoX24's avatar

When is the extra shooting in Philly? Hopefully I’ll be home from school and can go.

eponymoushipster's avatar

dunno exactly – i keep an eye on PW and so forth. Last year, it was the first week of june i believe. i need to find out if there’s a Blue Sheet in Philly. lists all the shows shooting and casting calls, etc. if you look on youtube, there’s video from them shooting – the crowds were huge. it’d be fun, even if you’re not in it, to be there.

El_Cadejo's avatar

Yea the acid trip was the best part of “The Gang get Invincible” . I laughed so hard at that.

“Feeling anything?”
“What do you mean i didnt take any acid”
“Yea ya did, i slipped some in your beer”
“Oh my god is that what all those little pieces of paper were. OH MY GOD OH MY GOD!”

i feel an “its always sunny in philidelphia” marathon coming on

sndfreQ's avatar

Damn it they took down the clips on hulu!!!! That hurt

So I can’t reference the titles, here goes:

“Hundred Dollar Baby”-the one where Sweet Dee and Charlie get roided out and Dee has to box the daughter of Frank’s friend (Carmine Raguso from Laverne and Shirley!); the Karate Kid theme and montage is priceless…

Close second/third: both episodes of Night Man; that musical was so crazy-they were all in their element!

One of my favorite shows on TV…

madcapper's avatar

haha how Ironic I was just watching season one. But my favorite episode is either of the “Day Man, Night Man” episodes, “Dennis and Dee Go On Well-fare” or the one where Danny DiVito trips on acid at the tail-gate and Charlie does green man. All gold!

elijah's avatar

I haven’t seen many but I like the one where the dad is getting out of jail so they steal the girls car to fake their own deaths. Then they hide on the roof and watch their funeral.
I need to get the DVDs and catch up because from what I’ve seen this show is hilarious.

asmonet's avatar

Oh god, all of them but yeah, Cannibals.

tellelefler's avatar

Their latest season was just amazing. I mean, I love every single episode they have thus far created. For real. They’re all so flawlessly written and the interaction between the characters is just so REAL. Who pooped the bed? was amazing. I LOVED Artemis in that episode. “Huhwhat!” I’m thrilled they are giving their terrific side characters more face time.

eponymoushipster's avatar

@tellelefler i missed the McPoyles this season. Apparently, the gang has promised they’ll return in Season 5. I used to live in Philly (and am returning there next month) and the show is spot on.

“Who Pooped the Bed?” is great, and “Mac Bangs Dennis’ Mom” is probably top 5.

I like my sex old and dirty, just like you Dennis Reynolds.

did i mention i go to Philadelphia Java Company (where the waitress ‘works’), whenever i’m there? it’s right off south st. the inside is a set, but the outside is real (on the show)

tellelefler's avatar

@eponymoushipster—yes! the mcpoyles were missed by myself as well. my friends and i all do the “mcpoyle fist bump.”

eponymoushipster's avatar

@tellelefler awesome! one of the girls i work with, we do the same thing. the limp wristed bump , and she’ll say “I DON’T BUMP!”.

asmonet's avatar

McPoyles. <3

eponymoushipster's avatar

@asmonet bring some milk.

asmonet's avatar

Will do! :)

TenaciousDenny's avatar

I’m way late on this question, but the last episode was my favorite. The Nightman Cometh. But as far as non-musical episodes go, my favorite is the one where Charlie and Dee go on steroids (too lazy to look up the name of the episode right now).

eponymoushipster's avatar

@TenaciousDenny “Hundred Dollar Baby”, one of the best evah! The montage with the Karate Kid music should have got them an Emmy nod.

TenaciousDenny's avatar

Ahh, Hundred Dollar Baby. I totally knew that. Every scene involving Charlie’s training was hilarious, as was his Roid rage at the end while he was eating a sandwich. That episode was definitely deserving of some sort of award.

madcapper's avatar

Haha 100 doller baby is awesome! I also really enjoy “The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis” sooooooo funny. Of course the whole damn show is funny.

eponymoushipster's avatar

@madcapper wildcard, bitches! yeehaw!

madcapper's avatar

hahaha yes!

asmonet's avatar

Dennis, when you become a vet will you buy me headshots? Please?
Yeah, yeah, sure. I’ll buy you stuff…I’ll buy you lots of things. I’m definitely gonna buy a bunch of crack.

eponymoushipster's avatar

@asmonet absolutely.

oh boo hoo, i need money for my hookers.

asmonet's avatar

How much?
Um….how much would you suggest for a first time user?

eponymoushipster's avatar

thank you…...for being so kind.

jlm11f's avatar

I had no idea Dee and Mac were married IRL.

eponymoushipster's avatar

@PnL yeah, September i think. Which is really funny to think about.

Even funnier, Charlie and the waitress are married in real life.

lucky man, she’s mmmgood.

asmonet's avatar

She has weird posture though. Her neck always looks broken when she’s in profile.

eponymoushipster's avatar

if we were married, it would be. sheepish grin

when she pooped in the purse, i almost fell off the couch.

asmonet's avatar

Hahha yeah, that was pretty awesome.

OH OH.
When Dee eats the cat food and sleeps at Charlie’s place, and then has to pee. WIN.

eponymoushipster's avatar

that.is.the.best.

you know what my favorite part of that whole sequence is? When Frank runs in and, without a word, does the entire process. i waited and watched the repeat JUST for that scene.

asmonet's avatar

hahaha, yeah. win.
i love Charlie’s explanation too. hahaha. im off to watch sunny!
