@AstroChuck Do you by chance have a good recipe for that with the tofu? I have to cook for a vegetarian and seem to run out of good things to make since I am not one myself.
Tofu is easy. It’s all about marinating. You just use a press to get out as much water as possible. Then the tofu is like a sponge and will take on the flavor of whatever you soak it in. After that you can bake it, fry it, grill it, whatever.
Easy.
