Why can enemy units phase right through my walls in LOTR: Battle for Middle Earth II?

I haven’t played this one in quite a while, but I recently came back to it. Fun times. anyway, occasionally i’ll have an enemy (I play with the A.I.s seeing how next to no-one plays online anymore) be able to move right through my walls that I have built as if they weren’t even there.
It really messes over my strategies.
Is this a glitch, or is there something I’m not understanding?

Wow, it’s been a while since I’ve played that one and I don’t remember that happening. I’ll have to play it and see if I can get that to happen. Do you have any specifics (units, when it happens, etc)?

That sounds like some of Saurman’s mischief.

@Baloo72 -yeah, it was strange. I specifically recall being dwarven, and I was up against the Men. They just kept phasing right through my wall, when there was no gate or anything. It was quite annoying.
I recall it happening a few other times as well, but I don’t remember any more specific times.

@mrswho- that must have been it! lol
