How can I speed a clip up to somewhere around 65x its original speed on a Mac?

I was hoping to not have to download iMovie HD for it. As far as I know, iMovie HD will not go as fast at 65x.

Final Cut Express will do it, but I guess you don’t want to spend $200 just to speed a clip up.
