So I'm having a little problem with my sleep pattern... maybe you can help?
Tell me if a similar situation has happened to you, and if so, what you did to remedy it.
I’m used to going to bed in the ballpark of midnight-1am. Because I’ve been sick lately, I’ve been going to bed earlier since I’m so tired and worn out; anytime between 9–10:30pm. My body seems to treat that sleep like a nap, and I wake up around 1–2am and can’t get back to sleep. But if I try to stay up until my normal bedtime, it doesn’t work.
What can I do to keep this from happening? I’m sensitive to medications, so a pharmaceutical intervention would probably zonk me out too far to wake up on time.
