What is the difference between a BMW 645 Ci and 650i?

The 650i replaced the 645Ci in 2005, it has a slightly larger engine.

The C just means coupe. They are both coupes. (2-doors)

As TaoSan said it’s the size of the engine plus probably a few other minor things.
645= 4.5 liter engine
650= 5.0. //. //
