I was diagnosed with cervical dysplasia about 20 years ago, when I was about your age, and before they knew that it was caused by HPV.
They monitored it for a while, during which time I had an unplanned pregnancy (I had just started graduate school, and was taking the pill). So having the baby put that on hold.
I don’t remember all the details and delays, but it was a couple years later that I was scheduled to have the cryosurgery, but I became pregnant again. Sadly, that child was miscarried.
Then my insurance changed and I had to switch Doctors and I wound up having the LEEP conization to remove the damaged cells. I haven’t had an abnormal pap result since then.
Looking back, I suspect that the man I was with during those years had infected me (he never had any type of symptoms), and that us continuing to be together kept exacerbating things. He and I separated (and eventually divorced) about a year after the surgery; so I don’t know if the problem would have persisted had the relationship lasted.
I honestly don’t know enough about HPV and cervical dysplasia to know if there are things you can change in your sexual practices or hygiene routine to reduce your chances of exacerbating it. I know that certain supplements, such as Lysine and Zinc are supposed to help supress viral activity and strengthen immune system functioning.
Your best resource is your Doctor; and if you have only been to one Physician, you may want to consider getting a second opinion. You might also want to do some research on WebMD and the Mayo Clinic websites. There are probably HPV organizations and support forums on the web, too.
I hope you are able to successfully treat the dysplasia and stop the recurrence. Good Luck!

As for typing on the iPhone, I’ve had mine since the first day… my nails were longer then, and that caused issues with the keypad. Now I keep them short and accuracy is better. You can edit/correct what you’ve typed: touch and hold where you’re typing to get the little magnifying glass to appear, and use that to move the cursor to where you want it. Also, when on the web, you can turn the iPhone sideways, and when you type, the horizontal keyboard is bigger.
