It’s hard to get paintballs for airsoft that have the desired effect. Because the guns aren’t as powerful (what are yours, 300 fps?) the bb’s have to be pretty soft to break on impact, and soft bb’s are hard to load into most clips and can often get stuck.
I suggest sticking with regular plastic bb’s, preferably the new biodegradable ones. If you really want the paint splatter, you probably want to spend the $$$ to get real paintball equipment, not airsoft.
And remember to ALWAYS wear goggles and any other required safety gear – I have had so many close calls you wouldn’t believe it, and I know a guy that shot his eye with a Red Ryder just goofing around the woods.
