Blackstrap Molasses has 20% iron I usually take it with soy milk cause I don’t like the taste of it alone. But you can probably look up recipes with this ingredient and eat it that way.
Dried apricots are also a good source. I found a package that had 20% iron per serving.
Spinach, kelp, Chard, Collards (Dark Leafy Greens) also has good iron content. Eat them raw or lightly steamed. You can also juice them with carrots and beets which will help build up a blood.
Beans are another good source. Just look on the Nutritional Facts and choose the ones with the highest number.
You might also want to add vitamin C to your diet to help your body absorb more iron that’s what I do.
Oh and I’m not a doctor but this is what I have done for myself since my Iron always seems to be low.
