i guess it depends on how much you consider ‘too much’ alike, you know? i mean. if she’s like your brain twin or something, i guess that could be weird. but it depends on you. get to know her better, maybe things will work out. (:

You would think that having so much in common from the start would be a very positive sign although I’m not sure how you would interpret someone as too cool though. It sounds like you’re pretty happy with the situation so far so maybe you should develop this potential friendship/relationship a little further so you can get a better idea of how closely compatible you are with her.

It varies for different people. I myself think it would be awesome. I feel too different most of the time, so finding someone that I can truly connect with is a nice feeling. The potential for any kind of good relationship is enormous.

If you just met this girl, there’s a lot you don’t know about her yet. I say, get to know her a little better and if the chemistry is there and you are physically attracted to each other, go for it! Sounds like you’re off to a great start though!

You say you just met her – that counts in your favor. It’s hard to feel like someone’s a sibling if you’ve only known them for a short time. I agree with @kheredia , you need to get to know her a little better and see if there’s chemistry. I actually think it might be even better than a run-of-the-mill relationship because you’re so alike.

I think it’s a good thing. Having alot in common makes things so much easier. Having the same personality profile can be a bit confronting I have found, but it depends and you won’t know til you try.

i know a person exactly like me. exactly. it was fun and could be fun if we ever got stupid enough to open that can of worms up again. but not for long. i am such a bitch and so annoying. lol. i’d go nuts. and we had the same though pattern. it was freaky. we had the same twitches and everything. he was like my twin. but that’d suck to just hear him talk and know exactly what he was really thinking about. it really depends on how much you have in common.

Me and my best friend are very much alike. and I developed quite a crush on him. but he says were too much alike. it nearly kills me to be around him sometimes. self control is hard. i think that being too much alike is a bull crap excuse (sorry) but just giving u a girls point of view. I say go ahead and try. there is nothing to loose. then if you feel like ur better as friends, she will feel the same way (since your so much alike) lol
