-Mini quiches, made from scratch or purchased in bulk at the grocery store (Sam’s Club and Costco have great ones!)
-Gourmet bite-size BLTs (my friend makes these by taking whole wheat toast squares and topping with light mayo, a little garden lettuce and tomato, and then small pieces of bacon, soooo… good)
She also has a version which is amazing that is toast square with melted goat cheese, lettuce, tomato, and tender lamb meat—> a great option for a more sophisticated taste!
-Mini cheesecakes or cupcakes – you can buy tiny (about 1” wide by .5” tall) silicon moldings for these at most cooking/baking stores
-Crepes (with variety of fillings – including sweet) cut up into pieces with toothpicks
