Sounds like you’e dealing with mood instabilities. I would discuss it with your parents and your doctor.

I bet it’s hormones. You’re a teenager right? I would get like that when I was in high school, but I leveled out :) If it’s something beyond what you consider normal among your peer group, then yeah, I’d talk to your parents and doctor.

I had those, and I talked to my Doc wich set me up with some meds for it… Helped a bunch for me, but everybody is different.. Might be worth to give it a shot…

I would second the “mood instability” opinion. I get like that all the time and for me it’s definitely a mood disorder. It’s also possible it’s just your age. My age also plays a big factor in those feelings. If you’re worried about it or it seems like it’s affecting your life talk to a parent or a doctor or both.

Hormones can do crazy thing. It could be that. I get extremely angry, but there’s usually a reason. Once I call down, I realize I was a jackass. I don’t go from being super happy to super sad though, there’s an in-between feeling hahah
