Not sure exactly what you are asking here. Are you looking for a software to track a laptop if it is stolen? My company uses a company called Absolute www.absolute.com and their product called Computrace. I don’t know how useful it would be outside of the US, which you seem to need, but it is a very good product for a very reasonable price.
