A good friend who lives in NYC loves LANDMARC in Tribeca. It’s not cheap but also not over-the-top. I hope that your budget isn’t too “rent-a wreck.” NYC costs plenty, for everything. How old are you? Happy birthday.
For the airfare from O’Hare to NYC, you could have a orgiastic feast in Chicago.
