Well at first they thought it was weird, then they tried it and fell in love. My cream cheese, chicken, teriyaki dip.
- Mix a tablespoon of minced garlic in with a block of cream cheese and spread it out over a platter.
– Sprinkle shredded chicken (cooked) all over
– Sprinkle chives all over
– (Peanuts are optional, I don’t use them)
– Then, what makes it crazy good is the teriyaki glaze. Not the sauce, but the thick, syrupy glaze. Drizzle that all over.
– Eat it with wheat thins or sesame crackers.
