Easter is coming and I need some input on finding a new recipe for the main course of the meal I have planned?
It is a family tradition to cook up a couple of rabbits for Easter dinner (since we have no children and therefore no real need for chocolate bunnies, colored eggs or any of that stuff) and while my one tried-and-true recipe for oven roasted rabbit is great, I was wondering if anyone has a different recipe I could try. I’d like to have a new way to make rabbit tender and juicy. I like simple food, nothing too extravagant, but does anyone out there have a great recipe for bunny?
