I would think that florists would have a wide range of hot house flowers available of almost any type you desire. But most gardens would likely have things like daisies, hollyhocks, dahlias, marigolds, geraniums, agapanthus, echinacea, fuschia, calendula, foxglove, oh, the list goes on and on.

The flowers that florist use are imported from other states, and in some instances, other countries, so local availability is less important than grower availability. Unless you’re having an out-of-doors wedding, in which case, local blooming will be important…

naked ladies, also known as eternal lilies, bloom in July. They are light pink trumpet shaped flowers on naked green stems, hence the name. Some varieties of daylilies bloom in July. Daisies bloom almost throughout the whole growing season. July is a good month for flowers, if my yard is any indication. Try googling summer flowers, or checking some horticultural/gardening websites, they usually say when flowers bloom.
