Which content management system is best for a weekly newspaper?
I’m looking for something that is easy to install, flexible for implementing a custom design, and supports additional scripting for a custom classified ad engine and payment gateway. I’ve already decided against Joomla and Drupal because these try to be everything to everybody; I’d prefer as trimmed down a CMS as possible.
