What do you do after an all nighter to get back to normal?
I tend to over sleep and I needed to study for a test thats at 1:00 today out of fear Id sleep through it I staid up all night and have to do so until atleast 2:00 in the afternoon. And it’s imperative that I be slightly right in the head at all times due to health reasons. Once that’s all over should I just crash? Do you have any tips as to what I should do to keep in a semi healthy state?
