When to take Niacin Supplement? Pre or Post W.O.?
Ok my simple question is when do i need to take my GNC 500 Niacin? My normal schedule is school from 8–330 then immediately after that i go to the gym and workout for an hour and then sleep by 12. So Would it be best to take the niacin right before i workout? or would it be better to take the niacin after i workout?
