maybe there isn’t
an action could be stupid but brave at the same time
in desperate moments, people let go of judgment and sometimes it works out for the best
I see plenty of stupidity in individuals who survive while damaging others. I’m surprised that nobody stated the obvious. Bravery is usually an act of selflessness while stupidity is always an act of selfishness.
@galileogirl it doesn’t habe to be an act of selfishness…stupid people who committ stupid actions can’t perhaps tell the difference between selflessness and selfisness
I guess that depends on how stupid you are. If you think you are brave you are probably just stupid. However, it takes a stupid person to do something brave. Many times people do heroic acts, but if they took the time to think about it they would’nt have done it.
@Simone_De_Beauvoir If a person of normal ability acts impulsively or without thinking about the consequences of his actions and he causes harm, that IS selfish, ergo stupid
Bravery is when you take a risk that you don’t want to take, but you know it’s the right thing to do. Stupidity is taking a risk that you want to take, even though you know it’s the wrong thing to do.
bravery is when you find the best possible way for the demanding situation and to apply it by suppressing your fear .. stupidity is doing the same thing without finding the best possible way….
