What is the best Smartphone to get from Verizon Wireless?

I’m looking to buy a new smartphone from verizon, i currently have the Motorola Q, not the Q9m. I really just want something with a nice camera no less than 1.3mp, full qwerty keyboard, and wifi if possible, i’d really like to stay under $300 if possible.

whichever you chose, make sure you have a phone keypad when you are using it as a phone. My work phone is a vx6700 and I have to use the touch screen to dial a number. This is difficult when driving. The new Samsung device has a phone keypad on the front and a large viewing screen. I don’t know if you’ll be able to stay under $300 for a good smartphone, unless you find a good promotional device.
