The new MS Word is a perfect example of what I hate about MS. If the team that designed it had been writing a cookbook, they’d have had tabs with ingredients across the top. and then you would have to search under each tab to find out if that particular ingredient was in the thing you wanted to make and then look up how much of it to use while fighting your way through sprawling displays of default values for everything.
It took me 7 1/2 hours in the new Word to do a task I have done hundreds of times before and expected to accomplish in half an hour or less: create and customize a table with my own settings for column widths, row heights, fonts, rules, etc. Nothing to it? That should have been true, but instead I lost a whole day of work on the project I was setting up the table for.
Anyway, depending on your margins, font size, line spacing, etc., it should be roughly 3 pages.
