How do you get the Apple Mighty Mouse's left-right scroll ball to scroll left and right in a Firefox Browser?

When I use the left-right scroll ball in the Firefox Browser, it goes "back" and "forward" in webpages...it is quite annoying.

I have a Mighty Mouse and I've never seen that problem... is some setting in Mouse and Keyboard?

I also do not have that problem. I am running 10.4.8 and the latest version of Firefox.

The keyboard and mouse settings are unique to each user. If you felt curious you could create a new user and see if it scrolled properly.

Also, does this happen in only one site or every site you visit?

Thanks! I had an older version of Firefox. I upgraded to the latest version and the Mighty Mouse works the way I want it to.
